Much better climbing position without lower back pain. I tested the Switchgrade on my Megatower on an uphill trail made for eMTBs.
The device gives you also more room especially for saves in sketchy steep off cambers. Even with a 210mm travel dropper I felt a decent advantage on technical downs.
After the first few rides, I ordered a second one for my hardtail. It's an almost an unfair advantage.
To play it save, a also ordered a rebuild kit. I don't think, I'll need it too soon, but it is not tooexpensive, so I thought, I'd better have it just in case.
My MTB buddy recommended the SwithGrade to me, and I’m using it in Moab, Utah. The difference it makes on steep and long climbs with the saddle angle this device creates is impressive! You have to try it to feel the difference.
Passed this up a few times and finally decided to add it on my rig. Super fun and useful! I don’t use it on all the climbs but on those steep ones it shines. Of course downhill is way more fun with all the extra room. XL SC Hightower still left me with a bit of the seat-hitting-leg situation as I’m tall and really have to get low. This solved the issue! Fit great on my bikeyoke dropper as well. Super loud and sturdy clicks, 0 movement, excellent product, easy to operate!
Have used it a few times now, definitely can tell a difference on the climbs. My back is in a better position and am just a lot more comfortable. Amazing product.
Très belle fabrication. Mais trop penché en avant pour mon 120mm. Je ne me sers pas de la position de descente. Parfait si il y avait qu’une position montée mais microajustable !
